A leading food and beverage company based in Algeria, currently seeking an experienced IT Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability and proper functioning of IT systems: servers, networks, software, storage;
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to internal users (remotely and on-site);
  • Manage incidents through the Service Desk tool – ManageEngine;
  • Implement and maintain IT security measures (Fortinet Firewall, Intune, Veeam Backup);
  • Participate in backup/restore operations and manage storage solutions: NAS, SAN;
  • Administer and troubleshoot Cisco and Huawei networks and IP telephony systems (Alcatel, Cisco Call Manager);
  • Deploy and maintain Microsoft tools (particularly Office 365 and Microsoft Intune);
  • Participate in IT projects: deployment of new solutions, infrastructure upgrades, continuous improvement;
  • Train users on IT best practices, cybersecurity, and the use of internal tools.

Required Profile:

  • Degree: Master’s in Computer Science, with a specialization in Networks and Distributed Systems or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a similar role (technical support / system and network administration);
  • Strong skills in Microsoft environments, networking, IT security, and storage;
  • Proficiency with the following tools: (Office 365, Microsoft Intune,Fortinet Firewalls,Cisco / Huawei networking,Alcatel / Cisco Call Manager,NAS / SAN / Veeam,ManageEngine Service Desk)
  • Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, etc.) are a strong asset;

Location: 80% Adrar – 20% Algiers
