A leading food and beverage company based in Algeria, currently seeking an experienced IT Support Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of IT systems: servers, networks, software, storage;
- Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to internal users (remotely and on-site);
- Manage incidents through the Service Desk tool – ManageEngine;
- Implement and maintain IT security measures (Fortinet Firewall, Intune, Veeam Backup);
- Participate in backup/restore operations and manage storage solutions: NAS, SAN;
- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco and Huawei networks and IP telephony systems (Alcatel, Cisco Call Manager);
- Deploy and maintain Microsoft tools (particularly Office 365 and Microsoft Intune);
- Participate in IT projects: deployment of new solutions, infrastructure upgrades, continuous improvement;
- Train users on IT best practices, cybersecurity, and the use of internal tools.
Required Profile:
- Degree: Master’s in Computer Science, with a specialization in Networks and Distributed Systems or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a similar role (technical support / system and network administration);
- Strong skills in Microsoft environments, networking, IT security, and storage;
- Proficiency with the following tools: (Office 365, Microsoft Intune,Fortinet Firewalls,Cisco / Huawei networking,Alcatel / Cisco Call Manager,NAS / SAN / Veeam,ManageEngine Service Desk)
- Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, etc.) are a strong asset;
