Main mission

The role of the Junior Finance Support is to support the Finance team in its day-to-day activities, with a particular focus on Ground Handling invoicing, cash operations and cheques cashing. This position is an excellent springboard for a young professional wishing to develop operational expertise in the finance functions of a dynamic company.

Main responsibilities

1. Ground Handling Billing Support

● Work with the Billing and Credit Management Officer to prepare, check and issue invoices for Ground Handling services.

● Ensure compliance of documents.

2. Support for Cargo Collection Processing (cheques)

● Assist the Cashier in receiving, recording and processing Cargo cheques.

● Verify the accuracy of amounts and associated supporting documents.

● Prepare bank remittances.

3. Treasury support

● Assist the Treasury Officer in preparing payment orders

● Check bank details and availability of funds.

Cross-functional responsibilities and team support

● Participate in the physical and electronic archiving of financial and accounting documents.

● Contribute to the documentation of internal control tests (ICS)

● Occasionally assist with other administrative and financial tasks as required by the team.

● Participate in internal and external audits (prepare supporting documents, respond to requests).

Profile required

Education & Experience

● Bac +2 / Bac +3 in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent field.

1 to 3 years experience in a similar role or in administrative/financial support.

Technical skills

● Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (TCD, basic functions, filters).

● Mastery of basic accounting and billing rules.

Languages

French

Professional English preferred, mainly for Ground Handling invoicing.

● Good team spirit, flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

● Organizational skills and autonomy in managing priorities.
