Position: Sales Administrative Officer

CPH Agricultur is looking to hire a Sales Administrative Officer to support and coordinate the operations of the sales department. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.

📅 Contract Type: [CDI]
🕘 Work Schedule: Full-time

🛠️ Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process quotations, orders, and sales documents.

  • Follow up on invoices, purchase orders, and client files.

  • Coordinate between the sales team and other departments (warehouse, finance, logistics, etc.).

  • Generate periodic sales reports and support data analysis.

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Minimum [1-3] years of experience in a similar position.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
