Position: Sales Administrative Officer
CPH Agricultur is looking to hire a Sales Administrative Officer to support and coordinate the operations of the sales department. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.

🛠️ Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and process quotations, orders, and sales documents.
Follow up on invoices, purchase orders, and client files.
Coordinate between the sales team and other departments (warehouse, finance, logistics, etc.).
Generate periodic sales reports and support data analysis.
Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.
✅ Required Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum [1-3] years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system knowledge is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
