Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership while driving growth through strategic partnerships and sponsorship acquisition.

This position combines high-level administrative support with the opportunity to directly contribute to business development initiatives. It is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a sharp attention to detail, and a passion for relationship building and strategic outreach, being the main point of contact in Algiers.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support - Admin

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and handle correspondence
  • Coordinate travel, process expense reports, and support internal project workflows

Executive Support – Commercial

  • Identify and research prospective sponsors, partners, and new business opportunities
  • Conduct outreach campaigns and manage ongoing partner communication
  • Track sponsorship pipelines, leads, and contract follow-ups

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of the energy sector and energy landscape in Algeria, either through education or work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or client-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented attitude
  • Travelling for client facing meetings is included and expensed.
