About the Role

Carpathia is a dynamic engineering and technology group operating across multiple verticals, including mechanical engineering, tactical systems, applied technologies, and strategic manufacturing. We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role is mission-critical to the smooth execution of the CEO’s responsibilities, strategic priorities, and external engagements.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Administration

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare briefings, talking points, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
  • Manage email correspondence and serve as a professional point of contact for the CEO’s office.
  • Coordinate travel plans, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.

Project & Business Coordination

  • Track and follow up on key business initiatives across Carpathia’s business units (engineering, defense, training, manufacturing).
  • Organize internal coordination between the CEO’s office and functional departments (sales, operations, legal, finance).
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and investor materials.

Liaison & Representation

  • Act as liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders (government, partners, vendors).
  • Attend meetings (as needed) and document action items and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate communication with international partners in English and French.

Office & Operational Support

  • Oversee day-to-day activities of the CEO’s office and ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle office vendor coordination (if applicable) and special events logistics.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding for the CEO’s direct hires.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Political Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of executive support experience, ideally in high-growth or international companies.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Arabic is a MUST
  • Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage competing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity with sensitive information.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in engineering, defense, or tech-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with governmental or regulated sectors in Algeria.
  • Strong business judgment and proactivity.
  • Able to work independently and solve problems before they reach the CEO’s desk.
