Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and share best practices.

Motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  1. Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.

  1. Training and Development:

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Mentor and coach sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Handle customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  1. Sales Operations:

Monitor and manage sales activities and performance metrics.

Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  1. Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay updated on the phone industry trends and competitor activities.

Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.

Develop strategies to increase market share.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the region.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Willingness to travel within the region as required.

- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
