is a growing tech company specializing in custom-built computers and gaming solutions. We are expanding our B2C operations and seeking a dynamic, hands-on sales leader to drive performance across digital channels and in-store experiences.
1. Team Leadership & Sales Management
Manage a team of sales representatives across social media (Facebook, Instagram), phone/WhatsApp, and showroom.
Set monthly sales targets and break them down by channel/salesperson. Monitor performance and motivate the team to meet or exceed objectives.
2. Customer Experience Excellence
Ensure prompt and professional handling of all customer inquiries and orders via the official website and social platforms.
Oversee post-sale support and resolve customer issues quickly.
Supervise the showroom experience to ensure a premium, welcoming environment.
3. Sales Strategy & Marketing Input
Collaborate with marketing to develop attractive offers and high-converting ad campaigns.
Suggest pricing strategies and promotional bundles based on customer behavior.
Analyze campaign results to optimize spend and messaging.
4. Operational Oversight
Supervise product availability in the showroom and coordinate with logistics. Implement improvements in order handling, product display, and lead tracking. Suggest and deploy automation tools (ERP/CRM, inventory alerts, etc.).
5. Reporting & Financial Follow-up
Produce monthly reports covering sales performance by channel, top-selling products, and customer feedback.
Ensure proper handling and documentation of daily/weekly cash flows.
Track departmental expenses and align with budget constraints.
Proven experience (3+ years) in managing B2C or E-Commerce sales teams, ideally in IT hardware or gaming.
Strong knowledge of PC components and tech specs.
Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
