Superviseur AQ in process

· Ensure the monitoring of finished product (Pf) release deadlines

· Manage the priorities of finished product (Pf) releases

· Plan the activities of the In-Process Quality Assurance (AQIP) and QA Release functions

· Schedule team tasks by production lines

· Plan team rotations

· Inform the HR department of the QA division about rotation schedules

· Schedule inspections of the production workshops

· Involve in qualification and validation activités when ever required.

Handling of In-Process Anomaly Reports :

· Discuss and coordinate with line managers, department heads, and, if needed, QA managers regarding the criticality of anomalies and the corrective and preventive actions to be taken.

Follow-up on External Audits:

· Follow up on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans

· Ensure training and qualification of AQIP and QA Release personnel

· Verify that all tasks assigned to AQIP and QA Release personnel are completed

· Monitor action plans and participate in their development

· Participate in quality reviews and product quality reviews

· Write procedures for AQIP and QA Release

· Coordinate and prioritize the activities of the AQIP and QA Release teams
