Desired profile & Job Knowledge:
- Engineering Graduate in Telecommunication/Relevant experience in Wireless network operation & maintenance, NOC operations experience is a must.
- Advanced understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies in Wireless domain is must
- Higher level Skill/knowledge and operation experience NOKIA/ ZTE Wireless RAN Network Elements equipment’s is must.
- Knowledge in other vendor RAN products will be added advantage
- CME Knowledge essential
Network Skill & Knowledge:
Operation-maintenance, troubleshooting & configuration of Wireless RAN ZTE/Nokia Nodes like, BSC, RNC, BTS, Node-B, eNode-B, gNode-B platform.

Responsibilities:
- Resolution of trouble tickets raised by NOC / Customer
- Available on Call, standby as per Engineer Roster to support to fix network issues
- Fault management on all NEs and follow up with support in case of escalated cases.
- Node Health Checks, Migration , Remote alarm troubleshooting & support Filed team
- Analysis of Network performance issues & VIP Customer complaint handling
- Handling Weekly/Monthly BSC/RNC/eNodeB/gNodeB reports
- NE backup management to local drive/FTP
- Spare parts management / update
- Account access management
- Implement network changes as per the CR process/ CR review & Weekly Operation plan
- Site reconfiguration + Cow site configuration/Integration & Interface modification (A/IUCS, GB/IUPS, etc.)
- Ensure current license and software versions are suitable for the present network requirement.
- BSC/RNC/NodeB/eNodeB/BTS software upgrade
- Able to verify and execute the plan provided by planning team.
- Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach in capacity.
- Validating and maintaining the Known Error Database (KEDB), EOX, Precaution, IBMS collection & License reports for Wireless Nodes.
- Network topo, Product Contingency Plan, Remote access test etc / update on iFile
- Support customer to do the network security audit / fix the vulnerabilities
- Policy compliance / Adhoc requests from customer/frontline
- Project acceptance (New sites + expansions etc) & New sites L3 IP design / BSC RNC IP design
