Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to work with us on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will specialize in website visuals, digital graphics, and visual brand identity (excluding logo creation). This is a remote freelance position offering flexible working hours and collaborative project-based engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging web visuals such as banners, sliders, icons, and responsive UI elements.
• Create consistent brand identity assets (excluding logo work), including typography, color schemes, and layout systems.
• Work closely with developers and project managers to align visuals with functional design.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality assets in appropriate formats for digital use.
• Revise and adjust designs based on feedback.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design for web and digital branding, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Figma and/or Adobe XD
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with basic web structures (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required).
• Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with digital agencies or creative studios.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and contribute ideas.
• Prior work with clients in Algeria.

Work Terms:

• Type: Freelance / Remote
• Schedule: Part-time, project-based (work on demand depending on project availability)
• Payment: Per project (rate based on scope and complexity)
• Location: Remote work, with preference for candidates based in Algeria
