Data Manager

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Data Manager to oversee demo unit management, distributor operations, rebate calculation, and daily data reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to handle large amounts of operational and commercial data with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demo Unit Management

• Manage demo unit assets and policies (allocation, inspection, recall, pricing, sales)

• Oversee demo units for company, employees, and after‑sales/experience stores

• Manage goods‑to‑demo conversions and business device allocation

2. National Distributor Management

• Manage daily operations of national distributors

• Handle order allocation and rebate calculations

• Prepare and submit distributor data reports (KPI & target progress)

3. Rebate & Incentive Calculation

• Accurately calculate customer rebates and team incentives

• Manage IR customer rebates, hidden rebates, and team incentive payouts

• Draft, update, and file rebate policies

4. Data Statistics & Reporting

• Prepare daily data reports

• Track team targets and consolidate results

• Maintain systems and provide training

• Report target achievement status

5. Regional Commercial Support

• Provide data reporting for demo units, rebates, and daily operations

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Data, Economics, or related field)

• More than 3 years of relevant work experience

• Good English communication skills

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools
