  • Act as the primary Consortium communication channel with the Customer and lead Customer negotiations and claims discussions in alignment with both Parties.

  • Manage relationships with local stakeholders, including regulators, customs, and permitting authorities, while ensuring compliance with integrity and anti-corruption requirements.

  • Partner with Commercial and Contracts teams on claims, guarantees, payments, contractual matters, and change management.

  • Coordinate Consortium-level risks, technical and system interfaces, HSE, quality performance, and multidisciplinary project activities.

  • Support dispute avoidance and resolution between the Parties and coordinate the assessment and approval of project changes.

  • Provide regular consolidated project reporting, KPI dashboards, and action tracking covering progress, risks, milestones, HSE, governance, and interfaces.
