Job Summary: The Team Leader is responsible for leading a team in the deployment of mobile network infrastructure, including BTS, power systems, and antennas. This role ensures that all installations and maintenance activities adhere to industry standards and company protocols, aiming for optimal network performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient site operations and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and project assignments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Installation and Commissioning:
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and integration of BTS equipment, power systems, and antennas.
  • Ensure all installations comply with technical specifications and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to BTS, power supplies, and antenna systems promptly.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards in all technical operations.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on site performance, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
• Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct safety training sessions and regular briefings to keep the team updated on safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile network infrastructure.
• Proven experience in BTS installation, commissioning, and maintenance Huawei Equipment, ZTE, Ericsson and Nokia is plus.
• Strong understanding of power systems and antenna configurations used in mobile networks.
