Telecom Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Telecom Engineer to join our engineering

team and contribute to the development, deployment, and optimization of

telecommunications systems and networks.

The successful candidate will work on technical projects involving network

engineering, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and implementation of

telecom solutions in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize telecommunications networks and systems.

• Conduct technical studies and provide engineering recommendations.

• Analyze network performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and support resolution of network incidents.

• Participate in network deployment, integration, testing, and commissioning

• activities.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and specifications.

• Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and project teams.

• Coordinate with external technical partners and suppliers when required.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, procedures, and applicable

• regulations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of network performance, reliability,

• and efficiency.

Candidate Profile :

• Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical

• Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical

• field.

• Relevant professional experience in telecommunications or network

• engineering.

• Solid understanding of telecommunications and networking principles.

• Experience with IP networks, mobile networks, fiber optics, RF, or other

• telecom technologies is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
