Operation Director

Role Description:

Oversee the operational uptime, maintenance, and security of a critical S-level strategic government project. This high-visibility, senior position manages both the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure 24/7/365 availability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dual-Center Governance: Drive day-to-day strategy and coordination for both the unified NOC and SOC environments.
• Full-Stack Scope Control: Oversee incident, problem, and change management across three distinct layers:
• L1 (Facilities): Power, cooling, and physical security.
• L2 (ICT & Cloud): Virtualization, compute, storage, and private/public clouds.
• L3 (Apps & Databases): Core software stacks and government-facing applications.
• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and structurally scale a large internal multi-disciplinary team working on 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Government Relations: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for high-ranking government technical leadership and individual Customer Domain Managers.

Required Qualifications & Skills :
• Experience: 5+ years managing mission-critical Data Center operations, NOCs, or SOCs, specifically handling government or strategic enterprise accounts.
• Technical Breadth: Strong knowledge of DC facilities (HVAC/UPS), ICT infrastructure (VMware/OpenStack), database management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Methodology & Security: Mastery of ITIL frameworks and familiarity with strict security compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, or national security clearances).
