The Role:
As our first marketing hire (or early team member), you’ll be the engine of our marketing efforts. You’ll work directly with the founders and cross-functional teams to execute a wide range of marketing activities—from social media and email campaigns to content creation and event coordination. This is a hands-on role perfect for a proactive doer who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to see their work directly impact the company’s success.
What You’ll Do:
· Content & Social Media: Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Grow our community and manage day-to-day interactions.
· Email Marketing: Build and execute email campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, promotions) using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
· Digital Marketing Support: Assist with managing digital ad campaigns (social media, Google Ads), track performance, and help optimize for ROI.
· Website & SEO: Help update our website (via WordPress/Webflow etc.) and support basic SEO efforts (keyword research, on-page optimization).
· Content Creation: Write blog posts, case studies, and support the creation of sales collateral, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
· Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
· Brand & Partnerships: Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Assist in coordinating partnerships, influencer collaborations, and PR outreach.
· Events & Projects: Help plan and coordinate virtual/webinars or live events. Juggle multiple projects and ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Who You Are:
· A recent graduate with 1-2 years of marketing experience (internships included!) or a career-changer with a proven passion for marketing.
· A self-starter who is resourceful, eager to learn, and not afraid to wear multiple hats.
· Excellent written and verbal communicator with a keen eye for detail.
· Familiar with major social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
· Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, Google Analytics, Google Workspace).
· Highly organized, able to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines.
· A team player with a positive, “get-it-done” attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
· Experience with graphic design (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite), basic video editing, or simple HTML/CSS.
· Familiarity with a CRM (like HubSpot) or marketing automation.
