A leading food and beverage company based in Algeria, currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and enhance visibility on relevant platforms.
  • will be to develop effective recruitment strategies while enhancing the company's employer branding to attract top talent in both local and international markets."
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning.
  • Oversee recruitment marketing, sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
  • Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of recruiters to ensure departmental success.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a holding company or a fast-paced, multi-sector organization.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, and modern sourcing techniques.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to conduct remote hiring processes and navigate cross-cultural work environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
