Senior Project Manager

An important company in the construction field is seeking a Senior Project Manager whowill oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The role involves leadership, planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams in the delivery of construction projects.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Align projects with business goals and organizational strategy.
• Implement best practices and improve project workflows.
• Optimize resource allocation and workload distribution.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and performance metrics.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop contingency plans to handle unforeseen issues.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Job Experience: Minimum 8 years of working experience, 5 years of relevant working experience.
