Senior Drilling Supervisor

Leading company in the field of dairy and juices industry currently expanding south of algeria : Senior Drilling Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees water well drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance; supervise implementation of given well designs.
• Monitor drilling parameters, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage on-site drilling teams, contractors, and equipment logistics.
• Ensure adherence to well design, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Report daily progress and incident documentation to project managers.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Drilling Engineering or associated industry related fields

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in drilling operations (onshore).

• Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

• Ability to work independently in challenging environments.

• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
