General Description 

Responsible for ensuring the application of the commercial strategy, the monitoring and analysis of the achievement of the objectives in a competitive monitoring framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company to the distributor.

  • Ensure that the distributor adopts the company's system, strategies and action plans.

  • Achieve targeted volume, distribution, visibility and promotion objectives.

  • Manage, supervise and plan the work of the distributor sales force.

  • Develop the skills of the sales force through training, motivation and coaching.

  • Route to Market, Optimizes the routes of its team, the coverage of the territory and the productivity of its Salespeople

  • Administratively monitors and controls the FDV (inventory, invoicing, tools...) on a daily basis

Academic and Professional Qualifications 

  • Education: University degree in Economics, Business or Management Science or other equivalent field.

  • Language: French, English as addition 

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in FMCG distribution.

  • Skills : Sales techniques, Merchandising, Commercial negotiation, Handling Objections, Management of a customer portfolio, Reporting, Inventory management and work-in-progress

  • Location : Sétif - Algeria
