General Description
Responsible for ensuring the application of the commercial strategy, the monitoring and analysis of the achievement of the objectives in a competitive monitoring framework.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company to the distributor.
Ensure that the distributor adopts the company's system, strategies and action plans.
Achieve targeted volume, distribution, visibility and promotion objectives.
Manage, supervise and plan the work of the distributor sales force.
Develop the skills of the sales force through training, motivation and coaching.
Route to Market, Optimizes the routes of its team, the coverage of the territory and the productivity of its Salespeople
Administratively monitors and controls the FDV (inventory, invoicing, tools...) on a daily basis
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Education: University degree in Economics, Business or Management Science or other equivalent field.
Language: French, English as addition
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in FMCG distribution.
Skills : Sales techniques, Merchandising, Commercial negotiation, Handling Objections, Management of a customer portfolio, Reporting, Inventory management and work-in-progress
