Position Title : Project Engineering Manager

The Project Engineering Manager represents the technical project co-lead of investment projects .
He/ She coordinates the execution of the project on plant level. It is the responsibility of the technical project co-lead to organize the weekly project meeting.
Main tasks :
2. Taking responsibility and where necessary a leading role in project tasks being within the incumbents area of accountability.
- Executes the project according to approved scope and timing within the approved budget
- Organizes of weekly project team meetings
- Creates regular project reports
- Ensures timely capitalization and activation of assets.
3. Participation in project meetings:
- Participates compulsorily in weekly project meetings of local project team
- Participates in monthly project steering meeting of steering committee
-To ensure the availability of the production machine, blowing, tools &Utility in order to achieve Production targets with minimum of cost and losses.
- To manage the projects and To control the Preventive maintenance actions.
Strategy Definition Projects and Engineering:
Leading all projects within the deadlines and manage all constraint and actions.
Initiate corresponding commitments to each project (study, authorize DI, acquisition and consultation).
Monitor the expenditure on each project to avoid overflow and submit a report to the management of the site and the Industrial Department each month.
Monitor the project implementation schedule to avoid delays.
Check and sign the settlement documents subcontractors, orders relating to maintenance
Develop bar schedule and immediate solutions during technical stops.
Ensure the availability of equipment at lower cost
Participate in the development and planning of preventive maintenance, ensuring the
achievement of production goals and the availability of equipment.
Optimize operation of equipment and key for sustainability topics (use gas, electricity,water, other).
Participate with departments (production, SHEQ) for the establishment of operating procedures of equipment
Provide technical solutions to meet the needs of production and society.
Team Management &SHEQ
Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment respect the company's rules of procedure
Ensure the coordination of the department and mentor staff under his responsibility to best accomplish their tasks through monitoring and a daily and ongoing monitoring of their activity.
Check and monitor the compliance of equipment subject to regulation.
