Duties and Responsibilities (But not limited to)

Work with International Procurement team to input into and develop core Procurement projects for the region for all relevant Business Units

-         Develops, together with the procurement operations LT, the procurement services lines in Global Service Center

-         Acts as Business Partner to Regional or Global Procurement if necessary and align amongst SSC Team Leads assigned to region or countries within the SSC Procurement

-         Develops and manages reporting, benchmarking, and analytics to support the global procurement function particularly around spend categories, contract compliance, Procurement performance, supplier scorecards

-         Owner of global procurement operations processes such as Procurement to Pay (P2P), Contract Management, Supplier performance

-         Partner with Legal, Global Procurement category manager and R&D staff to draft, negotiate and execute contracts
