A leading food and beverage company based in Algeria, currently seeking an experienced Manpower Payroll Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • collecte and process payroll data, including employee attendance, leave records, and workforce changes (hires, terminations, transfers, etc.).
  • Manage time and attendance tracking, including monitoring of absences, sick leave, and lateness.
  • Verify payslips and execute salary transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all payroll operations.
  • Prepare and process payroll in full compliance with labor laws, and internal HR policies.
  • Update all employee compensation changes in the payroll systems (DLG & SAP), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Generate HR reports on payroll expenses, absenteeism, staff turnover, and other key workforce metrics.
  • Ensure proper archiving and legal compliance of all payroll-related documents and records.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Treasury, and Customer Service, to support smooth payroll and HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Payroll, preferably within a holding company or a fast-paced, multi-sector organization.
  • Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
