We are seeking three motivated and talented Chemical Process Engineers to join our dynamic Production team in Bouira, Algeria. This is an excellent opportunity for junior professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Engineering to develop their careers in the industrial sector. The ideal candidates will be eager to contribute to process optimization and production efficiency within a permanent contract framework.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of industrial production processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

• Operate Machines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

• Analyze process data and identify areas for continuous improvement and cost reduction.

• Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and process guidelines.

• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to minimize downtime.

• Contribute to the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enhance production capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all process activities.

• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, preferably in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in production, method engineering, or industrial process roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of industrial production processes, process optimization techniques, and quality management systems.

• Proficiency in using process simulation software and data analysis tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
