Head of Manufacturing

leading company in the field of dairy and juices industry currently expanding Head of Manufacturing

This role manages, coordinates , and plans all manufacturing/production processes.Overall responsible for the operation of Dairy Factories and its continuous improvement within agreed standards, budget and provisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment coordinates periodic safety meetings to improve safety awareness.
• Works with planning to ensure up to date information on capacity and capability is used for planning at all times.
• Allocates resources and implements strategies to work within the factory budget
• Ensures Food safetyy quality standards and processes are used throught production.
• Works constantly with Quality Assurance on improvements and provide preventive and correction actions when problems occur.
• Develops a Continuous imporvment Culture within the team to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

Soft Skills:

• Organizational skills in managing projects simultaneously while maintaining a satisfactory work product.
• Skills in monitoring /assessing the performance of self , other individuals or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
• Skills in negotiation and facilitation

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in food Technology or Dairy Science.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in a similar role in a complex, fast-paced environment
