Head of Engineering-Manufacturing

leading company in the field of dairy and juices industry currently expanding Head Of Engineering-Manufacturing.

The role will support to overall factory operations and maintains company asset by implementing a total preventive mainteance system that allows complete operational availability of the factory within agreed astandars, budget and provisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures preventive maintenance plan and equipement is in place to meet the demands of the business.
• Ensures provision of engineering and technical expertise in assisting the project team for the design and installation of production lines .
• Ensures that the management system, workplace, safety and other productivity programs of the company are maintained , supported, are continuously practice by conducting regular meeting, review and revision when necessary .

Soft Skills:

• Work as part of a team or collaborate withe colleagues
• Skills in personnel resources management througt motivating,developing and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job .
• Skills in the operation of technical equipment and detection devices.
• Skills in collecting and analyzing complex data .

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in a similar role in a complex, fast-paced environment.
