Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Boufarik, Blida, Algeria

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Human Resources Specialist to lead and oversee the recruitment and HR processes for a new company poised to launch its production operations in Boufarik. This role is essential for building a strong foundation within the organization and ensuring smooth operations from inception to full-scale production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Conduct recruitment activities for various roles required for the company’s initial setup and ongoing operations.
    • Develop job descriptions and qualifications based on the company’s needs.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  2. Job Position Development:
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand and define qualifications and competencies for each role.
    • Draft comprehensive job descriptions and outline key responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations for each position within the company.
  3. HR Strategy & Operations:
    • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures that align with local regulations and the company’s culture and values.
    • Provide support on employee contracts, performance management, and compensation structures to ensure a competitive and compliant HR framework.
  4. Support Start-up Operations:
    • Work closely with the leadership team to address HR requirements leading up to the launch of production.
    • Provide HR guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition from the planning stage to full-scale operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of Algerian labor laws and local hiring regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a start-up environment.
