Junior Production Engineer

Role Purpose:
Support production operations by monitoring well performance, optimizing production processes, and assisting in the safe and efficient delivery of oil and gas production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production performance and analyze operational data.

• Assist in identifying and implementing production optimization opportunities.

• Support well testing, surveillance, and production reporting activities.

• Collaborate with field operations, drilling, and reservoir teams.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.

• Prepare technical reports and production summaries.

• Participate in troubleshooting production issues and recommending solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 0 to 3 years of experience in oil and gas production operations.

• Basic knowledge of production engineering principles and well operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Location: Field or office-based, depending on business requirements.
