Experienced Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for an Experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic Supply Chain team in Algiers.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships, leading sourcing strategies, and ensuring optimal value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Procurement, Engineering, and Operations — to identify reliable suppliers and optimize sourcing processes across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial and technical terms

• Lead tenders, supplier assessments, and contract negotiations

• Monitor supplier performance and manage corrective actions

• Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement in supply chain processes

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing plans

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management

• Proven track record in supplier negotiation and contract management

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Mastery of MS Excel; experience with SAP and/or Ariba is a strong plus

• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
