Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge Training:

   • Conduct training sessions for internal teams (sales, customer service, etc.) to ensure comprehensive knowledge of home appliance products.

   • Educate employees on the features, benefits, and proper usage of different appliances.

2. Technical Support:

   • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for employees or customers encountering issues with the products.

   • Help develop and maintain product manuals, training materials, and FAQs.

3. Training Material Development:

   • Design and update training manuals, presentations, and other learning materials.

   • Create engaging, informative content tailored to various skill levels.

4. Product Demonstrations:

   • Perform hands-on product demonstrations, highlighting key features and best practices for usage.

   • Organize workshops and webinars for employees or customers to improve product understanding.

5. Feedback Collection & Analysis:

   • Gather feedback from trainees and customers to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

   • Recommend product improvements or additional training resources based on feedback.

6. Stay Updated on New Products:

   • Keep up to date with new product releases, updates, and innovations in the home appliance industry.

   • Integrate new product knowledge into training sessions.

7. Customer Support Liaison:

   • Collaborate with customer support teams to address common product issues and concerns.

   • Train customer service representatives on troubleshooting and resolving product-related problems.

• Proven experience as a product trainer, ideally in the home appliance industry.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
