Production Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

1.     Support Production Operations:

o    Ensure all production activities adhere to LG Electronics standards.

o    Monitor and optimize production processes to maintain high efficiency and quality.

2.     Assist Production Team Leader:

o    Collaborate with the production team leader to implement and improve production processes in partner factories.

o    Provide technical support and guidance to ensure smooth operations.

3.     Execute Production Plan:

o    Implement the production plan effectively, ensuring all targets and deadlines are met.

o    Maintain a safe and healthy working environment on the production floor, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

4.     Ensure Quality and Efficiency:

o    Ensure excellent pacification and production TAC (Total Assembly Cycle) time.

o    Continuously monitor and improve production metrics to achieve optimal performance.

5.     Establish New Production Lines:

o    Support the establishment of new production lines and ensure they meet LG Electronics standards.

o    Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies.

6.     Training and Development:

o    Support the training of production staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.

o    Provide ongoing training and development to maintain high levels of competency and performance.

Qualifications : 

- Master / Engineering Degree in relevant field

- Experience in Manufacturing filed in a Multinational company
