Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Head of Partnerships to join our team remotely. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is focused on converting high-quality leads into affiliates and brand ambassadors. You’ll oversee outreach and collaboration with influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners—ultimately growing Voile Chic’s brand presence and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Outreach

• Identify, source, and qualify potential influencer and affiliate partners across various digital platforms.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to maximize response rates and partnership conversions.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Coordinate with partners to ensure timely product shipments, affiliate/ambassador onboarding, and campaign logistics.
• Maintain and optimize automated messaging and CRM workflows to provide a smooth experience from initial contact to final collaboration.

Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze partnership campaign metrics, including reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Prepare detailed reports to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.

Relationship Building

• Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
• Provide ongoing support, including creative or promotional guidance, to ensure fruitful partnerships and repeat collaborations.

Brand Representation

• Serve as a key point of contact for Voile Chic, ensuring brand values and mission are consistently upheld.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, etc.) to develop compelling partnership offerings that align with Voile Chic’s identity.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or related partnership roles.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive) for outreach and tracking.
• Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• Passion & Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, with a genuine passion for empowering Muslim women
