Main Duties

Search for the most appropriate financial and banking products.
Create and improve management procedures.
Conduct ongoing legal monitoring.
Main Responsibilities will be structured around five main areas:
Provide accounting and tax oversight, ensuring the reliable production of monthly and annual financial statements, as well as compliance with tax obligations (VAT, corporate tax, tax consolidation, etc.).
Develop and manage dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, analyze variances, coordinate budgeting exercises, and actively participate in management committee meetings. Provide a truly analytical understanding of performance, particularly through the monitoring of inventory, margins, accounts receivable, and inventories.
Anticipate and monitor cash flow, develop cash budgets, and work closely with the Group Finance Department to optimize working capital requirements.
As a frontline manager, supervise the accounting and administrative team: setting objectives, leading day-to-day operations, evaluating performance, and supporting employees.
Be responsible for structuring work methods and ensuring the efficiency of internal processes.
University degree (Bac +4/5) in finance, management/accounting.
At least five years of operational experience in a similar position with team management.
Well recognized with a strategic vision as well as the ability to delve into detail.
Proficiency with reporting tools, your mastery of Excel, accounting software,
Mastery of a treasury tool will be valuable assets.
Rigorous, organized, and with excellent analytical skills,
Know how to unite a team and guide change with a pedagogical approach.

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to finance, accounting, treasury, and company management.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or the General Manager, the Finance Manager participates in the financial strategy and the development of the annual and multi-year budget.
Heading the administrative and financial departments, they oversee management control procedures and ensure compliance with legal obligations regarding tax and social security matters.
The Finance Manager also ensures the application of accounting procedures and standards, validates accounting statements, and oversees the closing of the fiscal year.
He/ She implements and analyzes indicators for monitoring financing, cash flow, and budgets, and monitors any imbalances to alert management. He/ She also manages the relationship with external partners involved in financial matters: auditors, statutory auditors, bankers or insurers.
