About the Role:

We are looking for retail channel-oriented Data Analyst to manage and analyze key business data.

You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting reports, and providing actionable insights to various teams, including GTM( Go To Market ) , sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

  • Creation, modification, and ongoing maintenance of databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  1. Merchandisers Weekly Reports:
    • Develop, update, and consolidate weekly data reports related to displays, sell-out, MOP, and stock.
  2. Sell-Out & Stock Management:
    • Collect, check, and consolidate data for flooring sell-out, display coverage, and shop performance.
  3. Training & Support for New Hires:
    • Conduct training sessions for new merchandisers on data collection and reporting tools.
  4. Sales Performance Reporting:
    • Manage and report on flooring sell-out, shop performance, and sell-out data by product/brand.
  5. N° 1 Store Reporting:
    • Analyze and compare the performance of the top store vs. competitors, preparing reports for both local and regional HQ.
  6. S&OP & MBR Preparation:
    • Assist in preparing data and presentations for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Monthly Business Review (MBR) meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (preferably in retail, sales, or merchandising).

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data management, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to present data insights clearly to stakeholders.

  • Ability to present & report in English
