We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our call center team. you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our clients and customers.

Mission :

  • Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, or company policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and provide solutions or escalate to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved or feedback has been addressed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to company scripts, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistent service.

Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (mandatory).

  • Proficiency in English is a plus.

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centers is preferred.
