A large company based in Algiers is looking for a CEO assistant

You will be responsible for:

Performing administrative and secretarial duties:

  • Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence;
  • Organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring their distribution;
  • Handling various requests from the Director;
  • Organizing and managing, in collaboration with the general services department, the travel arrangements of the Director and their team;
  • Filing and archiving documents.

You have:

  • A higher university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in social sciences or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position;
  • Proficiency in French and English;
  • Good general knowledge of administrative management and secretarial techniques;
  • Strong analytical and summarizing skills;
  • Good organizational and communication skills;
  • Good command of computer tools (MS Office, etc.);
  • Availability and flexibility with working hours.
