Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and support for shop owners, ensuring effective communication and assistance.
• Update weekly reports for merchandisers, including the addition of new models.
• Conduct product and price checks on the OBS system to maintain accuracy.
• Collect and consolidate display and stock information to optimize inventory management.
• Follow up on brand shop registrations by coordinating with data analysts and shop owners.
• Monitor and address low-performing brand shops, implementing improvement strategies.
• Oversee the dispatch and follow-up of ISM (tables and racks) to ensure proper setup.
• Facilitate communication within the LGBS system to streamline operations.
• Handle claims from brand shop owners and customers, both via phone and offline.
• Address service issues in collaboration with service personnel and management.
• Organize regional training sessions and deliver LGBS presentations to enhance team knowledge.
• Conduct market visits alongside trainers, including mystery visits to assess performance.
• Prepare and present MBR (Monthly Business Review) presentations focusing on low-performance actions and action plans.
