SUPPORT ON DEVELOPMENT/UPDATE OF THE LOCAL CATEGORY STRATEGY:

- Managing the Category & Brand Audit (6Ps) to understand local consumers behavior/needs and identify root issues and opportunities.

- Identify market, customer and channel category trends, supply chain and financial implications and emerging consumer and shopper behavior.

- Translate global brand strategy into a strong local 12Q plan based on local job-to-be-done.

- Ensure cross functional teams annual plan coordination with consumer plan, while supporting them by providing relevant brand assets, materials & global best practices.

- In collaboration with Trade marketing team, sets national level brand KPI’s and channel marketing strategy andidentify relevant in-store solutions.

- Deploy consumer activity plan as per the planning in terms of Mass media, Digital & Unmissable on ground activities.

- Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.

- Manage brand P&L to drive profitability & unlock investment behind the brands.

- Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of

brand performance (6P’s). Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.

INNOVATION & RENOVATION:

- Ensure landing on-time in-full of innovations/renovations as per the 12Q plan.

- Define innovations product design in collaboration with R&D and procurement.

- Lead the monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of innovation/renovation program to inform future plans.

- Support cross functional team as product owner by giving clarity on the direction and support on problem solving of daily challenges.

- Ensure successful innovations launch plan hand in hand as 360° plan with trade & customer development teams.
