Proficiencies
Full knowledge of overhaul, preventive maintenance and testing of various Block valves & Control valves Manufacturers in addition to PSV overhaul and recertification to API & ASME standards.
Complete and integrated knowledge of all practices and able to train others.
Knowledge of stock control spares, GMAO system, drawings etc.
Education & Training Required
Mechanical engineering degree
Experience Level
Minimum 10 years in valve workshop engineering or supervisory position
Experience in maintaining and repair gas plant pressure safety and block valves.
Experience working in accordance with hydrocarbon plant HS&E regulations and permit systems.
