Site Manager

Education & Training Required

Engineering degree from an institute, university, or equivalent.

Experience Level

08 years experience in hydrocarbon industry.

5 years management and supervisory experience in a site and contract management roles.

Proficiencies

Good understanding of gas plant mechanical, electrical, and control equipment

Working knowledge of hydrocarbon plant HSE regulations
Professional manager with minimum five years experience in managing similar contract within oil and gas industry as contract or site manager.

Ability to work independently to manage all contractual aspects ,

Good communication skills both in French and English.

Ability to suggest solutions for problems take decisions and be proactive.

Strong experience in managing subcontractors,

Excellent supervisory, organizational, leadership, and motivational skills
