Pricing Specialist

Yassir is the leading super App in the Maghreb region set to changing the way daily services are provided. It currently operates in 45 cities across Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia with recent expansions into France, Canada and Sub-Saharan Africa. We offer on-demand services such as ride-hailing and last-mile delivery. Building on this infrastructure, we are now introducing financial services to help our users pay, save and borrow digitally.

Role Summary

 Executes day-to-day pricing analysis, monitors live pricing performance, and supports the design and rollout of pricing rules across cities and service tiers. Works closely with Senior Specialists to build analytical foundations and develop pricing recommendations from data.

Core Responsibilities:

•       Monitor real-time pricing health dashboards and flag anomalies

•       Run recurring pricing performance reports by city and zone

•       Support A/B test setup, tracking, and preliminary result analysis

•       Maintain pricing configuration tables and parameter documentation

•       Investigate trip fare disputes and surface root-cause patterns

•       Compile competitive fare snapshots across target markets, daily , weekly and monthly

•       Assist with onboarding pricing rules for new city launches

 Required Skills:

• Excel / Google Sheets 

• BI Dashboards (Looker / DS) 

• Basic Statistical Analysis  

•  Attention to Data Detail    

• Reporting    

Qualifications:

•       1–2 years in analytics, pricing, or revenue operations

•       Degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or equivalent

•       Familiarity with marketplace or platform business models

•       Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
