Functional / Operational tasks:
Manage purchasing files after the negotiation phase (preparing purchase orders, registration, etc.),
Coordinate between the Sourcing team and suppliers / service providers (transmitting purchase orders, tracking deliveries, managing disputes, etc.),
Coordinate between Sourcing, Warehouse, and Finance (collecting invoices / delivery notes, establishing service completion, processing payments, managing litigation, etc.),
Prepare and analyze performance and supply chain monitoring reports.
Participate in various inventories,
Follow up buildings maintenance,
Coordinate administrative aspects related to imports and goods, such as invoices, legal documents, services rendered, etc...
Education: Education & training required:
Master management degree (or equivalent) at least,
Strong computer skills : Excel, Word,...
Excellent communication skills ( written and verbal),
Excellent language skills (french & english),
Receive, review and process timely shipping and delivery documents from suppliers, forwarders, clearing agents and insurance companies,
Persuasive and strong communication skills,
Collect and analyze sourcing data and present it in a format which can be used to make effective business decisions,
