We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Officer to support our growing construction projects and site operations. Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Engineers, Project Managers, Site Staff, Skilled Labor, etc.). Source candidates for urgent site requirements and mobilization needs. Prepare offers and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Handle onboarding, site deployment, and employee documentation. Maintain recruitment trackers and workforce reports.
For the Onboarding, you will be responsible for facilitating activities from candidate acceptance to the candidate's start date. The role ensures a warm, smooth onboarding process and enrolls the incoming candidate/employee into the new system, communicates the process, and coordinates pre-employment, communicates Company and job details to newly selected candidates, schedules the initial days of employees, and gathers the necessary paperwork. Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions to familiarize employees with Company policies, benefits, organizational structure, and job responsibilities.
Manage new hire paperwork and documentation, including employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to new hires during their initial weeks to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Required Qualifications & KSA’s:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Three years of full-cycle recruiting and onboarding experience in a fast-paced or centralized organization.
Language: Fluency in English (both writing and speaking)
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office, Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media platforms enables efficient management of recruitment processes and candidate pipelines. ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is a requirement to be successful in this role.
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are vital for building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, and negotiating job offers to secure top talent for the organization.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws and modern interview techniques. Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment methodologies, and sourcing techniques to attract top talent effectively.
