QA/QC Manager - Baladna Adrar

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions to ensure compliance with project, client, and regulatory standards. Oversees QA/QC teams, develops procedures, conducts audits, and drives continuous improvement across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce QA/QC plans and procedures.
• Ensure products and services meet quality and compliance standards.
• Conduct regular audits and manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Oversee quality documentation, training, and reporting.
• Manage QA/QC for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Represent QA/QC in client and project meetings.
• Support HSE initiatives in line with IMS policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years total, 5+ years in a QA/QC role.
• Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Certifications: MMUP (UPDA), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or ASQC CQM/CQE (preferred).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, leadership ability, ERP (SAP preferred).
