Managing Quantity Surveyor - Baladna Adrar

Job Summary

The Managing Quantity Surveyor is responsible for maximizing project margins through effective cost control, procurement, and commercial management. Ensures best value from subcontractors and suppliers while supporting the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly valuations and project cash flow forecasts.
• Manage contract variations, final accounts, and commercial correspondence.
• Review subcontractor tenders, contracts, and monthly valuations.
• Oversee project cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with commercial procedures at the project level.
• Support HSE initiatives and participate in safety activities.
• Provide commercial advice and manage stakeholder communication.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong cost planning, estimating, and budget management skills.
• Proficient in contract administration and dispute handling.
• Solid project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• ERP experience (preferably SAP).
