Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman (Arch - structure - infrastructure- BIM) to join our team for our new project at Adrar.

The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on the specifications given by architects or engineers.

These drawings will be used as blueprints to guide the construction or manufacturing process.

Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the principles of spatial perception and scale, and proficient knowledge of CAD software.

The role of the Draftsman is to translate conceptual designs into a set of technical instructions for project execution.

Responsibilities

• Creating detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings as per the instructions and specifications provided by architects or engineers
• Revising and updating existing drawings reflecting design changes
• Ensuring final designs comply with regulations and quality standards
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand and implement project objectives
• Checking drawings for mistakes and inaccuracies
• Creating and altering construction sketches
• Following project schedules and deadlines
• Maintaining organized work files and project documentation

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Draftsman
• Proficient knowledge of CAD software and other drafting tools (Revit)
• Excellent technical design skills
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods
• Ability to draw manually favorable, but not essential
• Strong communication and project management skills
