As part of Transsion Algeria, Tecno Mobile is looking for a Retail Operations Analyst to play a key role in monitoring product flow, retail performance, and commercial execution across the market.

Your Mission

As a Retail Operations & Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking product movement from supply to retail, analyzing sales and field performance, and transforming operational data into actionable business insights.

You will act as a bridge between sales operations, retail execution, and supply chain visibility, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

Retail & Sales Performance Analysis

Analyze retail sales performance, monitor sell-in and sell-out data, and evaluate achievement levels across shops and sales teams.

Supply Chain & Product Flow Monitoring

Track product movement from factory and warehouse distribution to final retail execution, ensuring visibility across the supply chain process.

Sales Team Performance Tracking

Monitor commercial team KPIs and field execution performance while identifying gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Data Reporting & Business Insights

Prepare structured daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Operational Coordination & Optimization

Collaborate with sales and retail teams to improve operational efficiency, optimize product availability, and support business growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or a related field

• 1-3 years experience in data analysis, sales operations, or supply chain

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory

• Good understanding of retail operations and sales KPIs

• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data

• Good command of English

• Detail-oriented, organized, and ambitious mindset
