We are Thrive Doc seeking two dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team in Blida, Algeirs. The ideal candidates will have between 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, and possess a high school diploma. This permanent contract position is perfect for experienced professionals looking to contribute their skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.

• Conduct telesales activities to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.

• Assist customers by providing detailed service information, answering questions, and resolving any issues promptly.

• Collaborate with the sales team and technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

• Track sales performance and report regularly to management on progress and market trends.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service knowledge and sales techniques.

• Support administrative tasks related to sales documentation and customer records management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or commercial roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluency in French is a must. and English is preferred.

• Willingness to work under a permanent contract.
