Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated School & Project Manager to lead the development and daily operations of our programs, including a new children’s English learning project inspired by a modern, play-based language education approach from Finland.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the school and ensure smooth management

Lead the development and launch of new educational programs

Manage and support teaching staff

Coordinate schedules, classes, and student progress tracking

Communicate with parents and maintain strong relationships

Drive growth, partnerships, and student enrollment

Ensure quality standards aligned with international methodologies

Requirements

University Degree, preferably master level

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Experience in education, language schools, or project management

Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, French (optional).

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Passion for adult and children’s education and modern teaching methods
