About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (React & Modern Web Apps) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing and building rich, performant, and scalable web interfaces for our SaaS platform.

You will work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver intuitive user experiences that simplify complex HR and payroll workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern frontend applications using React in a SaaS environment.

• Build reusable, maintainable, and well-structured UI components.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend microservices through RESTful APIs.

• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Implement state management, routing, caching, and frontend architecture best practices.

• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code reliability and prevent regressions.

• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality interfaces.

• Optimize frontend applications for scalability and maintainability.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of frontend standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and React, including hooks, component architecture, and state management.

• Solid understanding of modern frontend concepts and design patterns.

• Proven experience in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Hands-on experience with unit testing and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques.

• Experience working in a collaborative, agile development environment.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

• Hands-on experience with Material UI (MUI) for building consistent and scalable user interfaces.

• Experience with TanStack libraries (React Query, TanStack Table, TanStack Router) for efficient data fetching and state management.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms or HR/payroll systems.

• Understanding of basic DevOps concepts and cloud environments.
